Course Description
This 5 PDH course covers five units on the business and legal side of surveying practice: managing scope, contracts, and risk; communicating difficult news to clients; classifying and interpreting easements; and managing the client relationship from engagement through completion or termination. Each unit stands on its own and can be read in any order, but together they cover the practical, non-technical skill set that determines whether a surveying practice runs smoothly or generates disputes, complaints, and licensing board exposure.
