Is Acuity PDH approved in my state?
How much does each PDH cost?
Exams start at $13.50 per credit hour. There is no charge to view the class materials. Just purchase an exam if you want an official PDH.
When will I recieve my certificate?
Yes. Upon successful course completion verified by achieving a passing score of 70% or higher on the assessment, you will receive a certificate recognizing your achievement, which can be applied toward professional development or continuing education credits. Certificates are emailed withing 72 hours of receiving a passing score.
I took an exam but did not receive a certificate. What do I need to do?
First ensure that you took both quizzes. Quiz one is just a simple attestation to confirm you read the materials. The second is the actual course quiz to confirm understanding. If you did both, and still haven't received a certificate, please call 850-739-2403 or email support@acuitypdh.com. We will get you taken care of.
Can I retake my exam?
Yes, you have unlimited attempts for 30 days after you purchase the exam.
Can I complete the course on my phone?
Hmmm.. probably so, but a computer would be easier.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Each course is assigned a hour value.
Can I use these PDH's for my license renewal?
Yes, absolutley. It's the main reason for this service.
Do I have to watch a video? Or view a powerpoint?
No. At Acuity PDH, we offer Correspondence Courses.
